Employee Navigator’s self-service EDI tool allows files to be quickly and easily configured so that groups can get up and running faster. Employee Navigator is currently transmitting more than 1,200 ANSI 834 production files to over 180 insurance carriers in the industry.

Set Up Fees: The cost to establish a new carrier is a one-time fee of $750. Once the carrier has been added to our pre-configured carrier list, it can be re-used at no additional cost.

Recurring Fees: There is a recurring fee of $0.45 per employee per month for all production files transmitted through Employee Navigator’s engine.
