Data Gathering – CAS will provide easy to understand import templates that will be needed for reporting for:
o Employer Information
o Employee Information
o CAS coding
CAS Reporting – CAS will electronically file with the IRS and provide the employer and employee forms.
o Electronic - Employer Printed & Distribution
o Paper - Employer Distribution
o Mail – CAS Distribution
CAS customer service:
o CAS will walk the employer through the process.
o CAS will work with Carriers and Insurance Agents to ensure if employers are ALE’s and if reporting is required
o CAS will work with ALE’s on gathering information needed for reporting
